We had two days of drama in our basement. One day the water heater broke and emptied.  The next day a basement pipe burst, flooding everything we had saved from the day before. They were quick to assess the situation and provided invaluable feedback as to what to do ASAP and what could wait until our return.  The project manager assigned to provide the estimate was conveniently also assigned to oversee the actual work.  He made sure all the remediation work was done safely, contained and fast and with great attention to detail.
